All in a Day's Work... Firefighers!

With news of the recent nerfs to Firefighter, we made a mad push this week to hit Mim up before the massive influx of guilds getting the kill. Expecting a pushover, we soon realized we had perhaps overestimated the nerfs, and realized we would need some time refining our strategy and getting more experience with the 25 man version of this extremely fun encounter. Unfortunately the next day we didn't bring our A-games into the 2nd night of learning, and we were forced to walk away thinking we wouldn't get another crack at him until next raid week due to the upcoming holiday weekend..
However, with a new strat in hand, we felt we had a good shot at it before then, and mobilized ourselves for a impromptu and rare Thursday night raid. Going in with only two hours planned, we made great strides with the first pull, and it was obvious we were performing a lot stronger than we had been the past 2 nights. An hour later, after refining our new strategy even further, we walked away with a kill.

Big thank you to everyone for again, your dedication. Coming out on an off-night to make up for losing a night to the holidays, canceling/postponing plans to be on for the progression push, its an amazing thing. This kill is because of you guys, and I can't thank you enough. Pat yourselves on the back and enjoy your holiday break.
Freya remains between us and our Drakes. Let's push for another server first, and onto Algalon.
